Graham Walter works in CBRE’s Midtown Manhattan office, focusing on landlord and tenant representation. He works alongside a team that includes NY Tri-State Chairman, Robert Alexander, Vice Chairs, Ryan Alexander and Taylor Callaghan, and First Vice President, Nicole Marshall.
Working alongside one of the top commercial real estate teams in the Tri-State area, Graham supports his team’s effort through a wide latitude of transaction services. Whether modeling financials, identifying new opportunities, or providing strategic support he works to develop the best long-term business goals for clients as efficiently as possible. Notable tenant representation and account work includes headquarters and portfolio strategy for Bank of America, Activision Blizzard, Warner Bros. Discovery and UBS.
Graham received his B.A. from Harvard University, studying English and Economics.
