Grant Govertsen

Grant Govertsen is a Managing Director of CBRE’s Analytics practice, providing financial and econometric analyses to corporate and government clients. Analyses include market and feasibility studies, RFP support, white papers, ranging from new jurisdictions, to greenfield developments, to expansions or redevelopments.

Prior to CBRE, Grant Govertsen was co-Founder and Head of Analytics at Union Gaming, a leading boutique investment bank and advisory firm focused exclusively on the global gaming industry. Mr. Govertsen has more than 25 years of consulting and equity research experience. Mr. Govertsen was responsible for establishing and developing Union Gaming’s presence in Asia in 2011 and was the only gaming analyst based in Macau.

Mr. Govertsen has been recognized by Starmine Analytics as a “Top Stock Picker” in Asia Consumer Goods & Services. Prior to Union Gaming, Mr. Govertsen was based in Las Vegas with Deutsche Bank Securities covering global casino operators and gaming technology companies. Mr. Govertsen began his career in the financial services industry with Coopers & Lybrand, now PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC).
