Grant Keyes is a Senior Vice President with CBRE's Office Investor Leasing team in Charlotte, where he specializes in office and medical outpatient leasing. He advises prominent investors on leasing strategy, asset positioning and value creation, with extensive experience representing owners of both traditional office and medical outpatient properties throughout the Carolinas.
Throughout his career, Grant has completed more than 700 transactions totaling over $750 million in deal consideration.
A Charlotte native, Grant brings deep market knowledge and longstanding industry relationships across the region. He is recognized for his strategic approach to landlord representation, helping owners capitalize on evolving tenant demand and market opportunities through thoughtful leasing execution and a hands-on, ownership-minded perspective.
Prior to joining CBRE, Grant served as an Executive Vice President at Stream Realty Partners. Before Stream, he held leasing roles at JLL and Cushman & Wakefield.
