Grant Sutherland specializes in occupier advisory and transaction services for Office and Industrial properties throughout the Puget Sound region. From start-ups to established organizations, Grant provides his clients with strategic consulting and negotiating skills on a wide range of real estate-specific projects, primarily leasing and sales transactions.
Prior to joining CBRE, Grant spent several years in consulting and tech sales on the Eastside. A Washington native, he enjoys spending time with his family and being outside as much as possible.
