Grayson Wright joins CBRE as an Associate bringing his relentless work ethic and deep understanding of the Van Nuys market and experience in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets across the greater Los Angeles region. Alongside John Boyett, and a leading member of the Boyett Team, Grayson continues to drive results for his clients, utilizing his vast knowledge of investment real estate to advise his clients so they may make the best and most judicious decisions with their multifamily properties. Grayson began his career at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services in Northern California. He was able to develop his knowledge of commercial real estate assets as well as the industry as a whole and learn what it takes to be an exceptional broker for his clients. Grayson’s success can be attributed to a deep understanding of pricing strategies, underwriting, and the multifamily market.
