Greg Grant is a Senior Vice President in the CBRE Capital Markets - Debt & Structured Finance group. Based in Los Angeles, Greg specializes in the sourcing, structuring and placement of mortgage financings, mezzanine loans and structured financings across the country.
Over the course of his career, Greg has been involved in over $25 billion of commercial real estate financings and has significant transaction experience with all asset classes.
Greg is a member of CBRE National Partners - a market leading logistics investment sales and finance platform. With a strategic emphasis on the West Coast, Greg also works closely with CBRE’s Institutional Properties teams where he has a proven track record of capitalizing a variety of large/complex projects.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2018, Greg was with Eastdil Secured for 11 years, where he focused on both single asset and portfolio financings, primarily on behalf of institutional investors.
Greg holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California where he majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance.
