Greg Majors

Greg Majors serves as business development director with the CBRE Valuation & Advisory group working in the Property Transaction Tax division. He is based in our Atlanta office and works closely with the CBRE national & regional commercial property tax teams in growing our client base and providing value to current and new CBRE clients as well as to key internal groups within CBRE.

Greg brings 25+ years of experience in sales and business development including 15+ years’ experience in the property tax services business. Greg is a master as building relationships, cultivating trust and assisting clients exceed their goals. He has a proven track record of success in coordinating complex projects and fostering collaboration among stakeholders.

Prior to joining CBRE, Greg worked as a Sr. Director, Business Development for Ryan/Paradigm Tax Group, Thompson / Reuters & DMA where he maintained multi-million dollar annual revenue contributions using direct and indirect sales and marketing while exceeding revenue goals on an annual basis.
