Mr. Sowyrda joined the CBRE Development and Project Management group in 2013. Greg provides the ability to analyze the design, budget, and constructability of architectural plans and proposals. Previously, Greg was a Project Manager for the Clark Construction Group as well as for REX Project Management. With over 12 years of experience in Project Management, Greg's industry knowledge covers a wide variety of projects including: healthcare, office, amusement park, industrial, retail and education. In addition to the management of projects, Greg was lead on the settlement of over 2,800 change orders, valued at approximately $32 million on the 12-acre expansion of Disneyland's California Adventure Cars Land Project. With Greg's experience he is able to provide a contractor view of a project.
