Greg Sullivan is a 30-year veteran of commercial real estate and is an expert in add-value opportunities with a focus on value infill land and mixed-use development. During his career, Greg has consummated transactions in excess of $2 billion dollars in commercial, assisted living, multi-family and residential properties.
He started his career at CBRE in 1986 and has built a business that includes both institutional and non-institutional focus and relationships. His broad based skill set and focus has provided Greg with the tools to evaluate non-performing commercial assets and underwrite the product that could potentially replace them. Through this experience he has acquired a strong working knowledge of the General Plan Amendment and Zone Change processes giving him the expertise to structure and navigate these more complicated transactions.
He believes his recent return to CBRE is a natural step in his career providing him with data, information and an unmatched network to support better his client’s needs.
