Associated Office
Greg Tait is an Executive Vice President with CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services group in Chicago, where he focuses on agency leasing and strategic advisory for institutional ownership. With more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Greg has specialized in representing ownership interests since 2009, advising many of the market’s most prominent investors on leasing strategy, asset positioning, and value creation.
Greg’s expertise centers on large-scale office assets, particularly complex repositionings and high-profile lease negotiations. He has worked extensively on some of Chicago’s most recognizable office properties, including 300 North LaSalle, One North Wacker, 71 South Wacker, The Franklin (227 West Monroe and 222 West Adams), 222 North LaSalle, and the Civic Opera Building.
Throughout his career, Greg has partnered with leading institutional owners to execute leasing strategies that enhance building performance and long-term asset value. His work consistently involves sophisticated transactions with major corporate tenants, requiring a high level of coordination, market insight, and negotiation expertise.
Greg was a member of the University of Notre Dame varsity soccer team and later served as a Graduate Assistant Head Coach for the Syracuse University women’s soccer program.
