Greg Witkowski is an Appraiser within the Valuation and Advisory Services team that serves the Midwest Region and based in Indianapolis, Indiana. Mr. Witkowski is an industrial specialist in the Indianapolis office.
Mr. Witkowski has expertise in institutional, regional investment, local investment and owner-occupied industrial properties throughout Indiana. Past valuation experience covers a wide range of industrial types that include existing and proposed distribution warehouse, manufacturing, flex industrial, research and development, truck terminals, truck service facilities, business parks, food processing and cooler/freezer storage. In addition, Mr. Witkowski also specializes in the valuation of self-storage and auto dealership facilities.
Since joining CBRE, Mr. Witkowski has also had experience in the valuation of general office, medical office, retail and a wide variety of special purpose properties.
Prior to joining VAS, Mr. Witkowski was a licensed Commercial Real Estate Broker for the CBRE Industrial Services Group where he completed more than 180 real estate transactions totaling more than 3,000,000 square feet.
Prior to joining the Industrial Properties Group, Mr. Witkowski was part of the Indianapolis CBRE Research group in which he helped manage and organize its database throughout the greater Indianapolis area.
