Greg Fall is a Director, Market Lead of Project Management with CBRE in the Global Corporate Services Group, and contributes more than 20 years of project management and construction experience to his role. Mr. Fall has specific expertise in preconstruction estimating, scheduling, and ‘build to suit’ projects, representing Tenants, Landlords, and Developers for CBRE since 2015.

Mr. Fall is currently representing The Navy SEAL Foundation in their 19,188 SF, state-of-the-art West Coast Warrior Fitness Program buildout in downtown San Diego and is providing project management services to The Boston Consulting Group in their 28,000SF office improvement and relocation. Mr. Fall recently completed a 7,000SF CLIA lab expansion and a separate 5,700SF R+D facility for Exagen, Inc. in Vista. Mr. Fall has previously represented TrellisWare Technologies on the design and construction of their 100,000SF renovation and oversaw a 55,000SF improvement of new office and manufacturing lines for LRAD Corporation, both defense contractors. Mr. Fall recently represented Sound United in their 50,000SF headquarters relocation to Carlsbad.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Fall was a Senior Project Manager for EMMES Realty Services of California, LLC, successfully managing tenant improvement projects as the landlord’s representative while managing a capital budget of over $15 million across the San Diego portfolio.

As Construction Manager at Cresa, Mr. Fall represented LPL Financial in their build-out and relocation to La Jolla Commons Tower II, a 418,000-sf, 13-story office tower featuring a state-of-the-art fitness center, an on-site café, health clinic, and game room for its employees. At completion, the Tower became the nation's largest Net-Zero Energy commercial office building, primarily achieving this distinction through the use of bio-gas fuel cells that generate carbon-neutral electricity to power the building. The Core and Shell and the Tenant Improvement projects both achieved LEED Platinum certification through the USGBC.

Prior to joining Cresa, Mr. Fall worked as a General Contractor in San Diego with TSA Contracting. Mr. Fall’s projects included Tenant Improvements for law firms, restaurants, financial institutions, and hospitality groups. Core and Shell projects included a ground-up medical office building and two award-winning projects at San Diego’s PETCO Park; the Showley Bros. Candy Factory and Schiefer & Sons Buildings both involved meticulous historical renovation and seismic stabilization of unreinforced masonry buildings originally constructed in the early 1900’s and were recognized by San Diego AIA, San Diego Orchids & Onions, Save Our Heritage Organization, and San Diego Historical Resources Board.
