Guylan Margallo

Guy leads the Transaction Services Group (TSG) for the occupier brokerage community within Los Angeles and Orange County. The purpose of TSG is to provide transaction and account management support and expertise to occupier brokers who want to focus more on relationship management and business development, while also increasing the level of transaction engagement with their clients. This is a newer service in this region and a relatively new practice for CBRE.
