Guy Margallo

Guy has 25+ years of commercial real estate experience, with the last 20 years in corporate real estate services. He transitioned to CBRE in 2016 with the acquisition of JCI’s GWS business. Guy specializes in global account management, operational excellence and training. During his tenure with JCI, he has held account leadership positions with national and global accounts. He has managed transactions, FM operations, lease administration and project management within those accounts.

As the West Region Variable Leader for CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services Center of Excellence (COE), Guy plays a pivotal role in providing the occupier brokerage community with account and transaction management expertise and support by focusing on operational efficiency, staffing and management of resources. This is an exclusive service to CBRE and a new practice within CBRE. Guy is excited about the opportunity and continues to grow the TSG business in the West Region.

Before joining CBRE, Guy managed global corporate real estate accounts, coordinating dispersed transaction, FM, PJM and Lease Admin teams. His specialty is the coordination and operational efficiency with globally or regionally placed account service and transaction management professionals. He has also held many roles and responsibilities over his 25+ years in real estate.
