Haley Maxwell has been with CBRE since November of 2021 and began her role as a Transaction Analyst in January of 2024. She advises Fortune 500 clients on portfolio strategy and transaction execution across industrial, office, and retail assets. To date, she has completed more than 115 transactions for occupier clients totaling over 2.5 million square feet in 33 states and 10 countries, drawing on her expertise in financial modeling and lease negotiations to align real estate strategies with broader business objectives.
With experience spanning the U.S., APAC, and EMEA markets, Haley partners with senior stakeholders to uncover opportunities that drive cost savings, operational efficiency, and long-term portfolio value. She is recognized for her collaborative approach, attention to detail, and ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that advance enterprise goals and deliver measurable results.
