Hannah Gerard Crutchfield advises occupiers on real estate strategy, lease negotiations, and portfolio optimization. Since joining CBRE in 2018, she has partnered with leading financial institutions, investment managers, and professional services firms to align workspace decisions with evolving business goals. Hannah brings a deep understanding of how real estate impacts business performance, culture, and capital efficiency—helping clients navigate a competitive and fast-moving market with confidence.

Hannah delivers strategic real estate solutions that prioritize client goals—whether it's cost savings, flexibility, or long-term value. Known for her analytical rigor and market fluency, she has guided tenants across Manhattan in securing high-performance office environments, leveraging expertise in site selection, financial modeling, and deal structuring to support data-driven decision-making.

In recognition of her performance and potential, Hannah was hand-selected to join the inaugural class of CBRE’s Broker Accelerator program—an intensive, 18-month initiative designed to fast-track the careers of top tenant rep professionals.

In addition to her client work, Hannah serves as Co-Chair of CBRE’s Tri-State Rising Professionals Organization, where she leads initiatives to foster mentorship, professional development, and cross-functional collaboration across the firm.

Outside of work, Hannah is a competitive squash player who regularly competes in New York tournaments and mentor’s young athletes through CitySquash—reflecting her values of discipline, strategy, and teamwork.
