As a Senior Vice President in CBRE's Occupier Services group, Harrison advises companies across the full spectrum of real estate complexity. His clients range from international, publicly traded firms managing global real estate portfolios to high-growth companies establishing their presence in Colorado.
Harrison and his team lead clients through upfront strategic planning that ties real estate decisions to the underlying business: labor market depth and workforce demographics, site selection criteria, growth trajectories, and the operational and financial tradeoffs that only emerge when the right questions get asked early. That methodology reflects a core conviction: the best real estate outcome is built from business intelligence and an intense focus on client goals.
Since 2021, Harrison has executed more than 5 million sq. ft. of transactions across the Denver metro and national markets. He works alongside Rob Link and Ryan Link at CBRE, a team that has collectively completed more than 40 million sq. ft. in corporate real estate transactions, including some of the most consequential occupier assignments in the region.
Harrison graduated from the University of Denver, where he played varsity lacrosse and was part of the program's first three Final Four appearances, in 2011, 2013 and 2014. Outside the office, he skis, fly fishes, plays golf and spends time with family and friends.
