Haylea Parkes leads Security & Resilience and Corporate Real Estate at CBRE. Her leadership ensures these interconnected functions are aligned to support the company’s strategic goals and a unified approach to safeguarding CBRE’s people, physical assets and operations.

As the Head of Security & Resilience, Ms. Parkes develops and implements global strategies for physical security, business continuity and crisis management. She manages a global team of security and resilience experts who prepare and respond to disruptive incidents to mitigate risks and ensure service continuity. In her Corporate Real Estate role, Ms. Parkes oversees CBRE’s global office portfolio, ensuring safe, flexible, sustainable and digitally enabled workplaces. These environments empower CBRE employees to collaborate, innovate and thrive.

Ms. Parkes has over two decades of experience in risk management, compliance and business resilience across industries, including commercial real estate, utility services, banking and finance. She has successfully led multiple high-profile crisis response and recovery efforts for hurricanes, wildfires, active shooter incidents and the COVID-19 pandemic.
