Haylea Parkes leads Security & Resilience at CBRE, ensuring the resilience of our people, clients, partners and business. Ms. Parkes develops and delivers physical security, business continuity and crisis management strategies across CBRE’s operations and is a trusted advisor to CBRE’s global leaders to address risks and promote a resilient organizational culture. Her leadership extends to a global team of security and resilience experts who respond to over 200 incidents each year, from natural disasters to security threats and cyber threats, safeguarding the interests of our stakeholders, our brand and reputation, and our ability to deliver services to clients in the face of disruption.

Ms. Parkes has over two decades of experience in risk, compliance and business resilience across diverse industries, including commercial real estate, utility services, banking and finance. She has led multiple high-profile crises, including the response and recovery efforts in the U.S. during hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Maria; the Fifth Third Bank active shooter incident in Cincinnati, Ohio; and the COVID-19 pandemic.
