As a Client Services Coordinator with CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics services in Denver, Heather Bradley applies her expertise to develop marketing strategies for current clients and client pursuits. She works closely with Denver’s top industrial brokers to provide clients with world-class service in developing marketing collateral and understanding of industry-leading technology to support their real estate needs.
With her creative mindset and strategic thinking, Heather transforms complex data and concepts into engaging, interactive marketing materials that show the value of a potential location. She also works closely with CBRE’s research, location analytics and marketing resources to analyze consumer behavior and find optimal opportunities for clients.
Her duties include the implementation of marketing campaigns for listings, broker value of opinion presentations/proposals, coordination of brochures, comprehensive marketing reports, aerials, demographic reports and available property overviews for tenants in the market.
Heather joined CBRE in 2017 as a Client Services Coordinator for the industrial team in CBRE’s St Louis market.
