Heather Cotton

Heather Cotton is a Senior Appraiser within the Valuation & Advisory group of CBRE. Ms. Cotton is based in the Walnut Creek office and is a member of the division’s Retail Valuation Practice. Ms. Cotton appraises various types of single and multi-tenant retail and office assets throughout Northern California. She specializes in the valuation of all types of retail assets including single tenant net leased properties, fast food restaurants, full-service restaurants, big box stores, grocery stores, and shopping centers of all sizes. She also frequently appraises mixed use projects and vacant land. In addition, Ms. Cotton’s experience includes a focus on various retail, office, and mixed use assets in the city of San Francisco.

Ms. Cotton began her career with CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory group in 2010. She was quickly promoted to a valuation associate working for a top producing MAI appraiser with a retail specialty and she was a part of CBRE’s Southern California Retail Specialty Team for 9 years.
