Heather Cotton

Heather Cotton is a Senior Appraiser within the Valuation & Advisory group of CBRE. Ms. Cotton is based in the Walnut Creek office and is a member of the division’s Retail Valuation Practice. Ms. Cotton appraises various types of single and multi-tenant retail assets throughout California. She specializes in the valuation of single tenant net leased assets and portfolio valuations including fast food restaurants, full-service restaurants, big box stores, and grocery stores. She also frequently appraises larger retail centers, mixed use projects, and vacant land.

Ms. Cotton began her career with CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory group in 2010. She was quickly promoted to a valuation associate working for a top producing MAI appraiser with a retail specialty. She was a part of CBRE’s Southern California Retail Specialty Team for 9 years.
