Heather is a Senior Transaction Manager with CBRE’s Leasing Services Account Management group in Los Angeles, bringing 15 years of experience with CBRE delivering strategic real estate solutions for occupier clients. She specializes in lease negotiations, renewals, relocations, and portfolio optimization, with a particular focus on clients in the technology and AI sectors.
Heather has represented tenants across the technology, artificial intelligence, and innovation-driven industries, supporting transactions ranging from single-market assignments to multi-location portfolio initiatives. She manages all phases of the transaction lifecycle including market evaluation, financial analysis, negotiation strategy and execution, consistently driving favorable and strategic outcomes.
As part of CBRE’s Accounts Management team, Heather collaborates closely with brokers, account leadership and cross-functional partners to deliver seamless, high-quality results. Prior to joining CBRE, Heather held roles in retail management, legal services, and public relations, where she supported senior executives and developed a strong foundation in management, client service, communication and project coordination—skills she continues to apply in her work today.
