Heather serves as a Director within CBRE's Middle East Strategic Advisory team, specialising in both consulting and transactional mandates. With a primary focus on Bahrain and Kuwait, her coverage also extends across the broader Northern Gulf region.
Joining CBRE in 2014, Heather brings two decades of comprehensive real estate experience. She conducts market research and analysis to inform development feasibility and highest and best use studies. Her advisory spans occupier specification requirements, as well as the creation of leasing and marketing strategies for both new developments and existing properties.
Leveraging a strong local market understanding, Heather develops targeted strategies for commercial office and retail investors. Furthermore, she provides occupier representation and bespoke advisory services to large international firms, informing their strategic real estate decision-making processes.
