Heather Nevin is Senior Managing Director and the Market Leader for CBRE Cincinnati, Dayton and Kentucky. In this role, she oversees all business operations for all Cincinnati, Dayton and Kentucky Advisory Service lines of business, including leasing, sales, valuations, debt and structured finance and property management. Her leadership spans three offices, including Cincinnati, Dayton and Louisville.
Heather joined CBRE in 2024 as Senior Managing Director of Mid-Atlantic Investor Services and Maryland Market Leader. During her tenure, she expanded the Investor Services business and increased CBRE’s presence across the Maryland market.
Prior to CBRE, Heather served as Transwestern's Mid-Atlantic Regional Chief Operating Officer, where she led strategic initiatives, oversaw business operations and managed multiple service lines. A respected leader in commercial real estate, Heather brings a diverse background as a broker, interior designer, lawyer and executive.
