Heather Nevin is a Senior Managing Director of Investor Services and the Maryland Market Leader focused on driving the integrated solutions and growth of CBRE’s agency leasing and property management services for property owners and investors across the Mid-Atlantic region. Heather’s diverse background in real estate, law, management consulting, and commercial interior design fuels her ability to find creative, thoughtful, and practical solutions in today’s evolving real estate landscape.
Prior to joining CBRE, Heather served as the Mid-Atlantic Regional Chief Operating Officer at Transwestern, where she was instrumental in driving the region’s strategic growth, managing operations, and overseeing core business lines.
Before Transwestern, Heather was a commercial interior designer at both Gensler and OTJ Architects, leading complex office renovations for clients in the technology, non-profit and association, and law firm sectors. Earlier in her career, she was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and a tax attorney at Covington & Burling.
