Heather works alongside Kaydee Gansline to support a team of leading commercial real estate brokers serving clients across the office, industrial, flex, and deep tech sectors throughout the Denver market.
Heather plays an integral role in delivering world-class service and high-quality marketing support. She specializes in developing the marketing collateral and materials brokers need to effectively position properties, communicate opportunities, and support their clients’ real estate objectives.

Her duties include the implementation of marketing campaigns for listings, broker value of opinion presentations/proposals, coordination of brochures, comprehensive marketing reports, aerials, demographic reports and available property overviews for tenants in the market.
