Heather Thomas brings more than nine years of CBRE experience to the Tampa Occupier team, where she serves as Sales Support Associate. She partners directly with brokers and clients to drive deal activity across the full transaction lifecycle, from initial marketing outreach through commission processing.
Heather specializes in developing high-impact marketing materials that move deals forward, producing property flyers, brochures, proposals, tour books, offering memoranda and qualification packages to CBRE brand standards. Acting as the single point of contact for the sales team's data needs, she coordinates with centralized marketing, research and financial analysis groups to deliver accurate, client-ready packages.
Prior to joining the Occupier team, Heather served in both Office Services and Property Management at CBRE, building a strong operational foundation that enables her to effectively support clients and brokers alike.
