Heidi Rudolph is the Global Head of Legal Operations at CBRE. In her role, she strategically partners with Legal, Risk and Ethics & Compliance leaders, assisting their teams in driving innovation, continuous improvement and efficiency, and fiscal responsibility. Heidi joined CBRE in 2023 as a Senior Vice President for the Transformation Office, leading the Enterprise Strategy, Change Management and Program Management teams.
Before CBRE, Heidi led the advisory and consulting practice for Morae Global, supporting multinational companies in identifying and reducing spend, improving organization structures and using technology to endure change. She also held roles at Andersen, Sears and Sara Lee. At Sara Lee, Heidi was the Executive Sponsor for the Women’s Network. She developed a corporate “Returnship” program to help women return to the workplace after leaving due to family responsibilities and drove programs to assist women in traditionally male areas, including financial literacy. At Sears, Heidi was the first legal operations professional to serve on the legal leadership team.
