Henry E. Bose, Jr.

Henry Bose brings more than 30 years of hospitality industry experience to the CBRE hospitality services platform. Henry is based in San Francisco and partnered with Alex Lee-Bull and Elena Quach, collectively leading a regional team that is recognized as one of the most active hospitality teams in the Western U.S. The team focuses on providing hospitality brokerage and advisory services to hotel/resort owners, investors, lenders/servicers, and developers, primarily in California and Hawaii.

Henry previously spent over five years at Colliers International Hotels/PKF Capital where worked as Managing Director with responsibility for hospitality transactions in Northern California and Hawaii. From 2000-2005, he served as President of Ivy Hospitality, Inc., a boutique hotel investment, consulting and management company. He spent 12 years at Fairmont Hotels and Resorts where he led the Acquisitions & Development and Strategic Planning areas. Mr. Bose began his hospitality career in operations with Marriott Hotels.

Henry is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and received his MBA from Georgetown University in Washington, DC. He has been licensed to sell real estate in the State of California since 2005.
