Henry Joseph, MAI serves as Managing Director in CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory Services Group, leading operations across Houston, East Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. With over two decades of experience in commercial real estate valuation and consulting, he is responsible for strengthening client relationships, expanding market presence, and enhancing team capabilities throughout the region.
Henry’s career has been deeply rooted in the valuation of investment-grade institutional assets, with expertise spanning a broad range of property types and market conditions. He is highly proficient in financial modeling, including advanced use of ARGUS software, and has developed custom analytical tools to support complex commercial real estate evaluations.
Before joining CBRE, Henry held senior roles at AIG within the Commercial Mortgage Lending and Asset Management group, served in JPMorgan’s Appraisal Services Group, and was Director of Situs RERC’s National Appraisal Practice. Notably, he played a key role in the transformation of an income property trust into one of the nation’s first daily mark-to-market funds, advising on valuation policies, procedures, and the supporting software infrastructure.
