Henry Rossignol

Henry Rossignol is a First Vice President (Honorary Title) in CBRE’s Retail Group in the Midtown Manhattan office. In this role, Henry works in collaboration with tenants to strategically identify both local and national growth opportunities through target market demographic searches, comprehensive negotiations, and sophisticated expansion plans. In addition, he represents landlords and developers—utilizing a methodical analysis of industry trends in combination with specifically integrated marketing techniques—delivering optimal results in the form of long-lasting value-add tenancies.

Henry has represented a range of notable retailers such as Brendan Sodikoff’s Hogsalt Hospitality in the opening of its New York locations; Stout NYC Group; Blue Ribbon Restaurants; 305 Fitness; Blo Blow Dry Bar; among others. His landlord clients include Tishman Speyer, Caspi Development, ATA Enterprises, Malachite Group, Premiere Equities, Empire State Realty Trust, and the Hakim Organization.

Henry joined CBRE in the summer of 2019. He began his career at Eastern Consolidated in 2014 as a listings coordinator before being quickly promoted to Associate. Shortly thereafter, he moved to Murro Realty LLC where he eventually served as Director and was responsible for leasing more than 100,000 SF of retail space.
