Hiro Imaizumi is a Research Manager from CBRE’s New York Tri-State Retail Research Group. Working closely with numerous brokerage teams and analysts, Mr. Imaizumi is an integral facilitator and leader of the retail research team supporting CBRE’s account business through publishing quarterly market reports, developing new market gauging metrics, and participating in an advisory and consultant function on existing accounts and pursuits.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Imaizumi graduated from Boston College with a Bachelors in Economics, and began his career in New York City as an intern for several investment sales, private equity, and asset management teams at Keller Williams NYC and Columbia Partners. Mr. Imaizumi utilized his knowledge of the New York real estate market and industry leaders to spearhead the modernization and enhancement of internal proprietary databases and client deliverables for his most recent role as a Research Analyst for Crown Retail Services.
