Holly Fuller, CPM, has been hired as Director and Market Leader of Property Management for Columbus. In this role, Holly will lead a team of 106 real estate managers and building engineers overseeing CBRE’s 21.9 million-square-foot portfolio of retail, industrial and office assets across the region.
Holly brings over 24 years of commercial property management experience to CBRE. Over her career, she has managed more than 450 retail, multifamily and office properties across the U.S., totaling over 5.6 million square feet.
Prior to joining CBRE, Holly served as a Senior Building Manager at Nationwide Insurance. While there, she was responsible for overseeing the company’s world headquarters buildings, which consist of 2.1 million square feet of high-rise office space in downtown Columbus. She also supervised Nationwide Insurance’s Structural Shop Maintenance team; managed all national accounts regarding janitorial services, café operations, plant maintenance and document shredding; and developed strategic annual company-wide operating budgets.
