With over a decade in powered land and corporate energy strategy, Holly brings deep expertise from energy roles at Meta, where she negotiated data center interconnection agreements and energy supply strategies, and Target Corporation, where she managed energy procurement across a national portfolio. Holly has provided expert witness testimony before Public Utility Commissions and maintains comprehensive knowledge of power contracting, power supply evaluation, and energy market structures.
Before joining the private sector, Holly served as Public Utilities Rate Analyst at the Minnesota Department of Commerce, where she developed foundational expertise in utility rate analysis, power generation planning, and regulatory compliance.
