Holly Pearson

Holly Pearson specializes in transaction management. Her responsibilities include lease negotiations, account process and alignment, client management, and financial analysis. Holly’s transaction experience spans from the inception of a transaction to the expiration.

Holly is focused on achieving the best outcomes for her clients through clear communications, creative solutions, and innovative practices with a knack for fostering long-term relationships with clients.

Holly spent the first six years of her career at CBRE starting in client services and spending the majority of her time in transaction management. Holly’s main responsibilities were to manage Uber’s US and Canada, 4.5M SF real estate portfolio which had a focus on large scale dispositions, renewals, and M&A company integrations which yielded $30M in savings through negotiations.

Prior to returning to CBRE, she spent a year at Colliers focused on managing multiple account clients across the US including Aon, Canon, and Deloitte.

Upon returning to CBRE, Holly is now focused on supporting private equity portfolio clients through strategic portfolio planning and negotiations.

Additionally, Holly has sat on the board of PAWS Chicago for six years. The board focuses on bringing awareness to PAWS’ mission and fundraising efforts. She has chaired the annual 5K for three years running and sits on several committees.
