Associated Office
Huaiyu “Eric” Zheng is an Associate with CBRE in Honolulu, supporting both leasing services and capital markets/investment advisory assignments across Hawai‘i. Eric provides landlord and tenant representation support across the leasing lifecycle—market research and availability surveys, comparable lease analysis, financial evaluation of proposals, and the preparation of presentations and tour materials to support renewals, relocations, and new lease transactions.
On the investment sales side, Eric supports the transaction execution and valuation work across multiple asset types. His responsibilities include underwriting, developing complex cash flow models (DCF/IRR/NPV with sensitivity scenarios), and producing client deliverables such as Broker Opinions of Value, Offering Memoranda, and investment summaries. He brings a disciplined, Hawai‘i-focused perspective to each assignment by integrating local market fundamentals, tenant demand drivers, and transaction-level analytics.
Outside of work, Eric enjoys tennis, golf, and rock climbing.
