Ian Brooks is a First Vice President (Honorary Title) at CBRE with over 10 years of brokerage experience in the New York City investment sales marketplace. To date he has worked on the sale of over 350 properties citywide with an aggregate value close to $3 billion.
He has expert knowledge to successfully facilitate the sale of rent regulated & free market multifamily, office, retail, development, and industrial properties.
He has worked with a wide range of clients from institutions to private high-net worth, to religious and non-profit organizations. A track record of success and a focus on cultivating meaningful relationships has allowed Ian to build long lasting clientele.
Ian began his career at Massey Knakal (2013) which was later acquired by Cushman & Wakefield (2014) where he was one of the top producers within New York City’s most active middle market investment sales platform.
Ian is sitting board member of the Young Men’s / Women’s Real Estate Association of New York, a member of REBNY and involved in several CRE associations in NYC.
Ian grew up in the Washington DC metro area and graduated from Hobart College with a major in psychology.
