Ian Murphy is a Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Occupier Advisory and Transaction Services group. He specializes in providing transaction management and brokerage services to some of the most innovative and dynamic companies in the world, and has helped establish one of the highest-performing teams in the firm.
Since joining CBRE in 2013, Ian has handled more than $3 billion in transactions totaling more than 12 million SQFT, including projects in 33 states and two dozen countries. Ian’s approach incorporates an emphasis on focused execution to achieve his client’s financial objectives while maximizing lease flexibility. In addition to executing transactions, Ian continuously focuses on strategic initiatives that can be implemented across client’s real estate portfolios to drive efficiency and enhance the workplace experience.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ian was a member of Pyramid Management Group and focused on retail development leasing of the company’s premier shopping and entertainment complex, Destiny USA, located in Syracuse, NY.
