Ian is an Associate on the Tenant Advisory team in CBRE’s Downtown Philadelphia office, where he focuses on office tenant representation across the Philadelphia CBD.
A recent Penn State graduate with a background in supply chain and logistics, Ian brings an analytical, operations-minded perspective to real estate. He understands how businesses run — how space, workflow, and cost intersect — which informs how he approaches tenant needs and lease strategy.
Ian works alongside Tony Rossi, one of Philadelphia’s most experienced tenant advisory brokers, serving clients across the downtown Philadelphia office market.
