Ian Webster

Ian Webster joined CBRE in 2023 as Senior Associate, offering advisory and transaction services in Retail. Ian has more than 9 years experience in retaildevelopment, Landlord, and Tenant Representation on a regional level. He is knowledgeable in all facets of the retail lifestyle and focuses his extensive expertise on site selection, market analysis and site development.

Prior to coming to CBRE, Ian started his Commercial Real Estate career in brokerage, working for Coldwell Banker Commercial and Colliers International throughout the Mid Atlantic, handling industrial, medical, and retail transactions. Ian later made his way into retail development, focusing on programmatic development for multinational brands as a Site Acquisition Manger for Creighton Development, and most recently as Director of Real Estate Development for Guggenheim Partners.

Ian has completed numerous STNL (Single Tenant Net Lease) developments throughout the East Coast, and successfully negotiated deals for several national, regional, and local retailers throughout the Mid Atlantic. Ian has facilitated numerous sales and purchases acquisitions, including but not limited to retail, industrial, medical, investment and mixed use projects.
