Professional Experience
Ingrid Hartmann holds an Architect degree from the University of Santiago de Chile with a Diploma in Real Estate Project Evaluation from the University of Chile, and a Diploma in Finances. She has over 9 years of experience in the study of the real estate market exploring the different product types, being able to acquire a deep knowledge of the dynamics of the Housing, Offices, Industrial and Retail market.
Currently, Ingrid manages the Research department at CBRE, where she prepares studies of the mentioned markets, demand analysis and specific projects, whose final objective is to advise decision-making by the main developers of the sector.
Before arriving to CBRE, she worked as Development and Studies Manager at GPS Global Property Solutions, preparing periodic reports on the real estate market and developing ad hoc studies to the specific needs of market players.
