Isabelle joined CBRE in 2016, as part of the Bay Area Capital Markets team, covering Silicon Valley and San Francisco. While on the investment sales team, Isabelle led the team’s operations for investment and development properties across the San Francisco Bay Area, focused on Landlord representation, and with a concentration on office, R&D and industrial investments in Silicon Valley.

Isabelle joined CBRE’s Science and Innovation Practice in 2023 as part of the Moran team, where she now focuses on agency leasing for landlords and developers, as well as on tenant representation for high growth Life Science, AI, and tech companies. Isabelle's background in finance, research, and marketing provides a unique foundation for her work within the Science and Innovation Practice. She leverages this expertise to develop innovative leasing strategies that are grounded in thorough market analysis and creative asset positioning for her clients.

Combining deep market intelligence, hands-on execution, and forward-thinking vision, Isabelle operates with a constant eye on what's next. From institutional landlords seeking to reposition and maximize the potential of their assets, to high-growth companies seeking an environment that matches their ambition, Isabelle brings a high level of dedication to every assignment.

Isabelle grew up in Los Altos, California. Before Isabelle joined CBRE, she worked as an investment analyst at Prudential Capital as well as for tenant representation firm Hughes Marino in Los Angeles.
