IV Stucker is an Office Specialist with CBRE’s Office Advisory & Transaction Services group located in Jacksonville, Florida. IV began his commercial real estate career with CBRE in 2024 in Jacksonville.
Prior to joining CBRE in Jacksonville, IV worked in the technology consulting industry with roles in Sales, Business Analysis, and Project Management. While living in Washington, DC he received his Masters in Business Analysis while coaching lacrosse at Catholic University. This vast experience has allowed IV to develop his professional experience and contribute to his team immediately.
IV has joined Senior Vice President Oliver Barakat and Vice President Billy Kuntz, two of the top Office brokers in Northeast Florida upon his move to Jacksonville. Together, they will advise tenants, landlords, and investors in the Jacksonville office market.
