Ivana Gonzalez

Ivana Gonzalez is part of the Implementation & Enablement Team within CBRE’s A&T Account Management group. She is responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of transition services for new and existing client contracts, renewals and decommissions. Transition services include a disciplined governance approach for management change through a PMO process for task and milestone management, including robust client progress governance and status reporting. Ivana has nearly 10 years of experience in Transactions, Analytics, and Lease Administration across the Globe.

Ivana began her career with CBRE in 2016 as a Transaction Specialist on the United States Postal Service account, responsible for lease administration services in the US. Ivana was promoted to Transaction Manager in early 2017 managing over 150 real estate transactions across the US.

Ivana transitioned onto the AT&T Retail account in 2018 as a Senior Transaction Manager. She contributed to AT&T’s expansion and growth strategy. Ivana was responsible for managing and supervising over 100 new retail store locations across the west region, from site identification to store open.

Most recently, Ivana was on the ExxonMobil account managing office renewals and relocations in Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, United States and Canada. She was responsible for both supervising and directly negotiating lease transactions exceeding $17.5 million.

Ivana has handled high value complicated transactions such as build to suite developments, relocations, and exits. She has experience with various asset types including land, office, industrial, and retail. Ivana’s focus is on attention to detail, communication, & delivery to ensure that projects run smoothly and exceed client expectations.
