Mr. Miller is a Vice President working in the Pacific Northwest Region of CBRE’s Valuation and Advisory Services group. Mr. Miller specializes in appraisal and consulting assignments of office and industrial real estate, with an emphasis on the following property types:- CBD office towers
- Creative office projects
- Adaptive re-use/redevelopment/repositioning projects
- Mixed-use urban developments
- Suburban office buildings
- Business parks
- Industrial warehouse/logistics projects
He also has a variety of experience in institutional grade real estate and national portfolio valuations, as well as specialized property types such as rock quarries and corridor valuations. He is most active analyzing investment properties ARGUS Enterprise (formerly ARGUS DCF) discounted cash flow modeling software. Mr. Miller has worked on a number of historic buildings and high-profile projects in the Pacific Northwest.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2015, Mr. Miller worked for Colliers International Valuation and Advisory Services.
