Since starting his career at CBRE, Jack has been involved in more than 4 million square feet of office leasing and sales transactions in San Francisco. Jack specializes in advising some of San Francisco’s most prominent institutional investors and is recognized for his real-time market insight and successful negotiation outcomes.
Jack has consistently proven his expertise in the market and is a key player, representing clients such as Vornado Realty Trust on the leasing of the City’s premier office complex - 1,800,000 square feet at 555 California Street. Jack played a pivotal role in the negotiation of San Francisco's largest lease transaction of 2020, proficiently securing a long-term, early renewal for Bank of America at 555 California. Utilized by both ownership groups and occupiers, Jack’s transaction analysis and market presence help provide creative insight and significant value for his clients.
Jack is a graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and is a sixth-generation Bay Area native, born and raised in Marin County.
