Since 2018, Jack has been involved in more than 3 million square feet of office leasing and sales transactions in San Francisco. Jack specializes in agency leasing assignments for notable landlords including Vornado Realty Trust, Pembroke, Clarion Partners, AEW, Manulife / John Hancock, ASB Real Estate Investments, Lane Partners / Walton Street Capital, Gemdale USA, Lincoln Property Company, and Gerson Bakar. As of most recently, Jack was heavily involved in the negotiation of San Francisco’s largest lease transaction of 2020, securing Bank of America for a long-term early renewal at 555 California Street in the midst of a global pandemic.
Utilized by San Francisco’s top ownership groups and tenants, Jack’s transaction analysis and market presence demonstrates a high capacity to provide creative negotiation insight and solutions for both institutional investors and occupiers.
