Jack Greco is a Financial Analyst in the Consulting Group in the Midtown Manhattan office.
As a Financial Analyst, Jack supports various brokerage teams with complex and comprehensive financial models to help clients understand the implications of real estate occupancy decisions and to help landlords understand the impact of implementing various strategies. He provides key analytical support tailored to each situation and the needs of each client.
Prior to CBRE’s Consulting Group, Jack graduated from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management where he studied Finance and Philosophy. While on campus, Jack was an Executive Board Member of the Real Estate Club and a member of the Men’s Club Ice Hockey Team.
