Jack Reed joined CBRE in 2019 as a member of the Industrial & Logistics Group. His primary expertise is in the representation of Landlords and Tenants in the Western MA/Northern CT area. He analyzes business drivers and occupancy needs, identifies and evaluates appropriate options and manages lease negotiations. Jack aligns his client’s real estate obligations with their business operations, providing the greatest possible service and care.
Prior to joining CBRE, Jack worked for Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Boston, MA with the role of supporting the Integrated Portfolio Services team. The team serviced Tenants between 500,000 – 10M square feet. Jack worked closely with client trackers and creating deliverables for brokers. He performed financial analysis for all teams in the Boston office, as well as mapping analysis services. As he progressed in his role, Jack became more client-facing and was an active member on tours, negotiating proposals and deal transactions.
The team of John Reed and Jack Reed have a long track record of representing Sellers, Purchasers, Landlords and Tenants in the Western Massachusetts/Northern Connecticut Market. The Reed Team focuses on real estate transactions along the Mass Pike corridor from Pittsfield to Sturbridge and along the I-91 corridor from Enfield, CT through Western MA into Vermont.
