Jack Stillwagon

Jack Stillwagon is a First Vice President (Honorary Title) in CBRE’s Investment Properties Institutional Group. Jack supports IPIG in its efforts across office, residential, and industrial product through all phases of the transaction. In his role, Jack’s responsibilities include coordinating pre-marketing and marketing diligence between clients and internal staff, oversight of internal financial analysis and preparation of marketing materials, conducting property tours and client outreach, aiding investor underwriting and diligence efforts, and helping facilitate a successful closing process.

Mr. Stillwagon began his career at CBRE through participation in it’s rotation analyst program (the Wheel Program) prior to being selected to join IPIG as a financial analyst. Jack subsequently joined a newly formed owner-operator platform, Waterfall Properties, with a focus on acquisitions and fund raising targeting office and residential product in NYC. Prior to rejoining IPIG in 2021, Jack also spent time with Atlantic Creek Real Estate Partners, a boutique real estate private equity fund focusing on acquisitions and fund raising. His experience on both the brokerage and principal sides of the business enables a unique approach to his assignments with an understanding of the buyer’s prospective.

• B.S. in Business Administration (BSBA) with a concentration in Finance from the University of Richmond’s Robins School of Business
