Jacki Johnson is currently a Vice President working in the Pacific Northwest Region of the Valuation and Advisory Services group. She joined the CBRE Seattle office in 2022 after 15 years working as an appraiser with McKee Appraisal. Ms. Johnson’s career has primarily focused on the valuation of general commercial real estate as well as right-of-way work for public agencies.
Ms. Johnson has performed appraisals on a variety of properties including vacant commercial and residential land, retail, industrial, hotel, and office properties. Ms. Johnson also has significant experience with full and partial acquisition appraisals for public agency acquisition, including Sound Transit for LINK light rail and the Alaskan Way Viaduct and Seawall Replacement Project for WSDOT. Ms. Johnson is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and received the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 2016.
