Jackson Baldwin

Jack Baldwin is a Senior Valuation Associate of CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory Services Group in Atlanta, Georgia. Jack provides valuation and advisory services with a primary focus on multifamily properties, including garden-style, mid- and high-rise, conventional apartments, mixed-use projects, multifamily land, and single-family build-for-rent communities.

Before focusing on multifamily properties, Jack provided valuation and advisory services for industrial, retail, and office properties. His primary geographical focus has been in metro Atlanta; however, he has completed assignments in most primary and secondary markets throughout Georgia and Alabama while supporting offices across the nation. He has successfully worked with some of CBRE’s most prestigious clients, including financial institutions, developers, individual and corporate property owners, and attorneys.

Jack graduated from The University of Georgia in May of 2021 with a major in Real Estate. Prior to transferring to The University of Georgia, Jack attended Kennesaw State University where he held several executive council positions within various societies. While at Kennesaw State, Jack was placed on the Dean’s List and President’s List for multiple semesters.
