Jackson Blue is a Manager in CBRE’s Americas Consulting practice, based in Phoenix. He advises corporate occupiers, investors and owners on labor and location strategy, guiding decisions on where to operate and why. His work pairs labor-market and real estate data with a clear read on the factors that decide a site: talent, cost, infrastructure and speed to operation.
Jackson leads location strategy, site selection and market benchmarking engagements across North America, and he works alongside CBRE research teams in EMEA, Latin America and Asia Pacific on global assignments. Additionally, he also consults with hyperscale’s and investors focuses on the data center sector, where he supports operators and investors with rent benchmarking, market intelligence and resource strategy. His experience also spans industrial and distribution, corporate site selection for large occupiers, and economic and housing market studies for the gigawatt-scale data center campuses in the US.
Beyond client delivery, Jackson develops new consulting products and innovations where he most recently developed the AI Impact model to help assist corporate real estate teams in understand AI’s impact on workforce (and the downstream effects on real demand and planning). He most recently spoke at CBRE Institute, delivering a Master Class on AI for Jobs, Talent and Real Estate.
