Jackson Kilcoyne

Jackson Kilcoyne joined CBRE in 2019, where he focuses on tenant representation and portfolio strategy for companies with office, healthcare, and industrial real estate needs. He brings a data-driven, detail-first approach to lease negotiation and transaction structuring, protecting client leverage from initial proposal through execution and aligning each client's real estate strategy with their business objectives. Jackson co-leads a team of 10 professionals out of CBRE's Tampa office, specializing in the service of office, healthcare, and industrial portfolios.

Since joining, Jackson has completed more than 14.2 million square feet of transactions, representing more than $2 billion in total volume, primarily on behalf of high-growth companies.

A Tampa native with deep market knowledge and long-standing relationships across the greater Tampa Bay area, Jackson pairs that local insight with national reach as a partner of CBRE's Portfolio Management Team, helping clients manage real estate strategies and portfolios across markets. As a member of CBRE's AI Innovation Cohort, he applies emerging technology to deliver faster, sharper analysis for the clients he represents.
